These programs form a continuous curriculum from beginning to advanced sailing.

The Kids' Getaway Camp, previously offered at Miami Beach, Maryland, will not be available this season due to adverse water conditions. When we are certain that the problem has been solved we will again make this option available. Campers in the 8 to 11 age group will be accommodated in the Canton Sailing Camps. Canton Sailing Camps are offered at our Canton facility nearly every week throughout the summer for ages 8 to 16. We welcome beginners, intermediateand advanced sailors into the Canton Sailing Camp. The curriculum has been extensively redesigned to include not only sailing and seamanship but other activities. Because of these new activities and learning experiences the program is now a two-week camp; however, campers may elect to take the first week, the second week or both weeks. We have scheduled camps for ages 8 to 11 years and separte camps for the 12 to 16 year olds. More Information In this 5 day, 4 night (Monday - Friday) camp, the kids eat and sleep on board while they sail the Chesapeake Bay, as crew members, to the finest cruising locations on the Bay. Learning to navigate is an exciting and interesting part of the experience. The cruising camp is for ages 12 to 16. No prior sailing experience is required; however, some campers have taken the Canton Sailing Camp. More Information
